TARGA and what it can do

okay I know what I posted about need, but need and want are two different things and I want TARGA. It never hurts to have some electronic fellowship with gamers I may never get to meet and a good organization can't hurt in getting the word out. I am on board with what they are doing so let's play a bunch of games and have a bunch of fun.
